May 25 - Doing the Deal: Term Sheet Workshop
Angel investing is high-risk investing. Consequently, certain safeguards are understandable and appropriate. This three-hour advanced workshop facilitates in-depth discussions of the terms and conditions commonly used by angel investors in funding early-stage ventures. Our goal is to provide sophisticated techniques to serious angels.

Additional Power of Angel Investing Series Workshops
