Norm Snyder, CPA serves as the lead partner in Aronson's Technology Industry Services Group. He has more than 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in public accounting. He received his Bachelor's Degree in accounting from the University of Maryland. Upon earning his CPA, Snyder was given the Elijah Watts Sell Honorable Mention Award.
Snyder specializes in assurance, due diligence and consulting services for clients that include hi-tech companies, biotech companies, venture backed companies, public companies, nonprofit organizations and other businesses. Prior to joining Aronson LLC in 2008, Snyder served as the director of the Assurance Services Department of Fitzgerald, Snyder & Co., CPAs, P.C.
As an active participant in the accounting profession, Snyder has taught numerous continuing professional education classes on financial accounting and auditing, and he has led seminars on a variety of financial management topics. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the Virginia Society of CPAs and has served as the chair of the Assurance Services Committee of the CPA Associates International. Snyder is also an active participant with the Northern Virginia Technology Council, the Tech Council of Maryland, Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and the Transaction Services Group of Praxity. Active in the community, Snyder serves as Treasurer for McLean Presbyterian Church.

John Bracken, the CEO and Co-Founder of Speek, is a visionary business executive with a proven track record leading start-up ventures and business development initiatives within Internet, media companies and consulting firms. He is well regarded for ability to build, market, and distribute new products from concept to successful market adoption. Bracken has more than 14 years of experience supporting the development and distribution of great products on the Internet including Evite, Patch, MapQuest, AIM and a number of other AOL brands. Bracken graduated with a B.S. in systems engineering from the University of Virginia, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California.

Philip Bronner is a venture partner at Novak Biddle and is also the CEO of Quad learning/American Honors College.
Bronner joined Novak Biddle Venture Partners (NVCP) in 1999 and was a general partner in NBVP Funds II through V. Prior to joining NBVP he founded a media technology company. In addition, he served as a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. in New York advising high-tech clients on corporate strategy and worked as a software engineer at IBM.
Bronner currently serves on the Boards of AddThis and SolidFire and is an observer for 2tor, Inc..
Bronner earned a B.S. in computer science from Carnegie Mellon University; a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Law; and a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Bronner currently serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for Carnegie Mellon's School of Computer Science. Bronner has been named one of Washington, D.C. area's 100 "Tech Titans."

A native Grecian, Thanasis Delistathis has an innate ability to spot trends early and accurately predict how they will be adopted globally. He has invested in entrepreneurs whose technology brought text messaging mainstream in the United States, movies to the Web, radio to your phone and the ability to buy couture straight from the runway. Delistathis brings two decades of experience to his entrepreneurial teams and access to to a premier set of syndicate investors as companies quickly scale. Before he became a venture capitalist, he spent three years providing corporate restructuring and financial strategies for 20 public subsidiaries and early-stage technology opportunities that are now part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. He started his career at McKinsey & Co. Delistathis earned a B.S.E. in electrical engineering from Princeton University, B.Cert. in public policy from the Princeton University Woodrow Wilson School, and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Jennifer K. Hsin

Jennifer Hsin oversees the accounting, financial reporting and tax functions of CNF Investments LLC. Hsin is also a member of the Board of Directors of Speek. She joined CEI in 2004 in the corporate accounting group before transitioning full-time into the private equity and venture group. Previously, Hsin worked at BenefitNation Inc., a subsidiary of Bertelsmann AG where she was responsible for the financial reporting and daily operations. Hsin began her career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP, specializing in the banking and real estate industries. Hsin is a CPA with a B.S. in both accounting and finance from the University of Maryland.
