Few people get the opportunity to work for a national sports team, especially one that is often near the top of the league's standings. At this exclusive event, Mark Burdett, one of the lucky few, spoke candidly about what goes on behind the scenes of the Baltimore Ravens and the glamorous, as well as the not-so-glamorous, aspects of sports marketing. Prior to his current position for the Ravens, Burdett was the SR VP of Broadcasting and Sales for the Washington Redskins. Before entering the football world, he made a name for himself in the broadcast industry as Station Manager and GSM at WJLA-TV, as well as VP and Director of Station Relations for the ABC network. Burdett is a high-energy, entertaining and in-demand speaker.
