Requires the commissioner of the revenue in each locality that imposes the BPOL tax to verify through the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation that every taxpayer seeking a local business license has satisfied the requirements and obtained the state license, when applicable. The commissioner shall not issue a local business license if the applicant has not have the required state license.
