Robin Lineberger is a senior advisor and lead client service partner in Deloitte's Aerospace & Defense industry practice. Previously, Lineberger was the CEO for Deloitte Federal Government Services. As a $1.7 billion practice with more than 7,000 professionals, Deloitte Federal Government Services provides consulting, risk advisory and financial advisory services to every cabinet-level agency in the U.S. government, and it is among the top federal contractors on the Washington Technology Top 25 list.

Lineberger also served as executive vice president responsible for BearingPoint's Global Public Services business unit, a 5,500-person business unit that provided consulting and information technology services to national and local governments, and public and private health care clients. Lineberger drove several transformative initiatives in public services, including development of a comprehensive solution portfolio to meet the unique needs of public sector, and the establishment of solution centers of excellence domestically and internationally.

Lineberger's career also includes 30 years as a solutions strategy and systems integration consultant, and four years in systems development and testing as a commissioned officer with the U.S. Air Force.

In 2009, Lineberger was selected as one of Consulting Magazine's Top 25 Most Influential Consultants. He was listed on the Federal 100 list in 2004, 2012 and 2014 as one of the 100 most influential people in the Federal IT industry by Federal Computer Week. This included receipt of the 2014 Eagle Award recognizing his long term contribution to Government IT. He recently received the Professional Services Council's outstanding achievement award and was recently inducted into the Washington 100. He is co-author of The Art of Business Process Management.

Robin is an avid cyclist, joining 150 cyclists in the Road2Recovery Normandy Challenge in spring 2012 and crossing the 350 miles across the Normandy beaches to raise awareness and financial support of efforts to improve the health and wellness of injured veterans.

Lineberger serves on the governing board of the USO and is an advisory board member of Ride to Recovery (a Veteran rehabilitation support organization). He is a board and Executive Committee member of the Professional Services Council and chairman of the Technology Association of America's Public Sector Board. Lineberger was recently appointed to the Virginia Governor's Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates. He also serves as a mentor to separating veterans through the American Corporate Partners.

Lineberger holds an MBA in information systems management from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor's in computer science and mathematics from Texas State University.
