Lisa Martin founded LeapFrog Solutions Inc. (LFS) in 1996, growing it from a three-person company operating out of the basement of her home into one of the leading strategic communications management firms in the Washington metropolitan region. LFS, which is located in Fairfax, Va., now has more than 30 employees and provides public and private sector clients with a comprehensive range of services including marketing, communications management, advertising, public relations, website design and interactive marketing. LFS's growing client base includes government contractors, technology, health care and finance companies; nonprofits and associations; and local, state and federal government agencies.

With more than 20 years' experience, Martin's approach is to help clients integrate traditional marketing methods with emerging technologies in order to make their message matter. She is the driving force behind a seasoned staff that produces award-winning promotional, recruitment and educational outreach campaigns in print, broadcast and online media. Under Martin's leadership, LFS has been recognized as one of the top U.S. agency brands by Advertising Age and continues to be recognized as one of the top 10 graphic design firms by the Washington Business Journal.

Martin has been a featured speaker at numerous events focusing on the effective use of multimedia and Internet marketing including the General Services Administration, the Society of Government Meeting Professionals, the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. She has also published articles on maximizing branding and marketing campaigns. She is a member of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce board of directors and serves on the executive committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). She is a graduate of the 1999 Leadership Fairfax Program and the 1999 NVTC MindShare program. Martin is a member of the board of directors of Communities in Schools of Virginia as well as GSA's Industry Government Council. She is a member of the American Council for Technology/Industry Advisory Council and is a graduate of the 2010 Partners Program. Martin has also participated in the KPMG Women's Leadership Program.

Martin graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in marketing and French. She received her MBA from George Washington University in marketing and international business. She resides in Northern Virginia with her husband, Jean-Paul, and their two daughters, Charlotte and Dominique.
