NVTC Tech Law Tech ChatPresented by the NVTC Tech Law and Procurement Committee
February 19, 2015
The Impact of an Evolving Regulatory LandscapeThis month's Tech Chat, presented by the Tech Law and Procurement Committee, will focus on the evolving regulatory landscape for small businesses. Since late December, The US Small Business Administration (SBA) has issued two significant rules regarding a number of issues that impact small businesses, including: the limitation on subcontracting and small business subcontracting plans, identity of interest, size protests, NAICS appeals, certificates of competency, the calculation of annual receipts, recertification requirements, affiliation rules, joint ventures and mentor protégé agreements. Please join Paul Debolt, the chair of the Tech Law and Procurement Committee, for an informative discussion regarding these proposed rules changes and their potential impact on both small and large businesses.
