As businesses and consumers generate exponentially more data and demand for data storage, protection, and analytics, data centers are increasingly recognized as the backbone of technology and innovation worldwide. Virginia has emerged as the world's largest data center market, and the data center sector is now a substantial economic driver statewide.
NVTC will host the 2023 NVTC Data Center Awards on February 22, 2023. The statewide business community and public sector leaders are all invited to celebrate these successes with NVTC and the data center community.
Various award categories will recognize data centers that implement innovative construction projects, energy efficient practices, or impactful community engagements. In addition, the awards will honor individuals who have advanced the data center sector or championed the industry. The 27th Annual Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards will be held on June 5, 2023. These prestigious awards recognize chief financial officers for extraordinary achievement and excellence in promoting the development of the Greater Washington region's technology community. This event draws area leaders from many industries making it an excellent not-to-be-missed networking event. In addition to existing categories, by submitting a nomination this year you will also be eligible for our new category. NVTC will celebrate a chief financial officer that has gone above and beyond their traditional role as CFO. These actions can include but are not limited to transforming their company, implementing new and innovative technologies, or making a difference in their community. The winner will be selected by the judges from the nominations in the public, private and emerging growth categories and will be announced at the celebration in June. 2023 Award Categories:

The NVTC Tech 100 Celebration honors the top companies and leaders in the Greater Washington technology community. With categories representing the most important and growing sectors in the region's tech industry, this awards program highlights the cutting-edge companies, executives, innovators, NextGen leaders, and rising stars who are driving innovation, implementing new solutions for their customers, and leading the region’s growth.

The NVTC Capital Cyber Awards celebrate the region’s best companies and individuals in cybersecurity. The winners will have demonstrated the dedication, vision, innovation, and ability to advance cybersecurity technology and make our nation, communities, and workplaces safer.
