George Stone is a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. Within Morgan Stanley he is a Senior Partner for The Marsh, Stone, Huang Group, an 8-person wealth management practice headquartered in McLean.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in June of 2022, he spent 26 years with various asset management firms serving as a Portfolio Trader and Lead Market Maker at the Pacific Stock Exchange, endowing him with extensive knowledge of the financial markets and esoteric investment vehicles. He has been a featured speaker on CNBC and Bloomberg and has chaired committees for the Pacific Stock Exchange.

George is committed to serving individuals and families with considerable assets and sophisticated financial needs. His Clients include C-suite executives, founders of private companies, heirs and heiresses, attorneys, and state and federal employees. Said Clients benefit from the attention and personalized care of a family office, coupled with the strength and resources of a leading global financial institution. George’s Team purposefully limits its number of clients so that they can provide the attentive and detailed service that significant wealth deserves.

On the private wealth front, George advises individual clients in all areas of wealth strategy, including portfolio management, financial planning, executive compensation, trust and estate planning strategies, cash management, and lending solutions. On the institutional front, George works with companies to improve their retirement plans, implement deferred compensation programs, provide private wealth services to their core of executives, and offer Financial Wellness programs to their entire employee base.

George is a graduate of the University of Iowa, with a B.A. in Portuguese and a certificate in International Business. In his spare time, George enjoys playing chess, wherein he is an International Master in Correspondence Chess. He, his wife, Kirsten, and their two sons reside in Vienna, VA.
