Cracking the Code: CEOs Who Succeeded in Raising Capital in Today's Challenging Environment

Yes! Significant deals have recently closed with local companies funded by local venture capitalists. Since August 2010, Motionsoft, EverFi and Personal have each raised investment capital in excess of $5 million. Also, locally based SeniorLiving raised capital from angel investors. This is your chance to hear directly from the CEOs how they did it.

Motionsoft, funded by Edison, provides core health club management, payment services and marketing software that automates membership retention and recruitment. EverFi, funded by NEA, has created a SaaS application for schools to help educate young adults on financial literacy, student loan default prevention, filing taxes, credit card debt and more. Personal, funded by Grotech, is an online and mobile service currently in beta testing that allows individuals to organize, control and directly benefit from their digital data. SeniorLiving, funded by angel investors, combines the resources of the Web with personal support to those seeking expert advice on choosing the right senior care community. Come hear these fundraising success stories.
