Enrico Della Corna, secretary of the NVTC Board, has been appointed southeast regional executive for PNC Bank, leading Greater Washington, D.C. area, Greater Baltimore, Greater Maryland (including Va.), eastern Carolinas, western Carolinas, Greater Georgia, northern Alabama, southern Alabama, Florida east and Florida west. He will also continue his responsibilities as market executive for Virginia.
Most recently, Della Corna served as the leader of PNC’s middle market and large corporate segments in the Greater Washington, D.C. area. During his 24 years with PNC, he has held a variety of positions in corporate banking and capital markets and played an integral role in PNC’s highly successful entry into the Greater Washington, D.C. market. In a press release, PNC stated that DellaCorna’s “industry knowledge and experience with breaking into new markets will serve us well as we take our growth efforts in the Southeast to the next level.”
