The panel offered a great opportunity to hear the perspectives and personal stories of these women leaders. Including, how they got to where they did, how they view women in leadership roles and what needs to be done in the future to further the development and prevalence of women leaders. The Gala had over 300 attendees including, for the first time, a majority of women.
