Marty Kaufman is the vice president of Operations at WeddingWire, the nation's leading technology company serving the $100 billion-plus wedding, corporate, and social events industry. He is a seasoned organization development professional with a focus on improving effectiveness through strategy, process improvement, data analytics, and human capital planning. Kaufman is well versed in both the macro environment that impacts organizations and the details needed for successful and meaningful implementation.

Chris Marentis, founder and CEO of Surefire Social, has had a notable that career spans the evolution of the Web. As senior vice president of America Online's Interactive Marketing group, Marentis was a key force in creating the foundational blueprints for online marketing, e-commerce and content branding. While CEO of Clearspring Technologies, he developed one of the most widely adopted venture-backed Web 2.0 technology platforms. Marentis was featured as one of the region's finest business leaders on Executive Leaders Radio.

Carolyn Parent is a passionate leader in business development, innovative technology and digital/mobile marketing solutions. A seasoned entrepreneur and team builder, her work has ranged from small venture backed start-ups through Fortune 500 public companies. Her entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and boundless energy drive her to helping solve customer's challenges in new ways. As founder and chief experience officer, Parent works with leading brands in retail, sports and entertainment to amplify their experiential and event marketing efforts. Parent is now at the intersection of consumers having fun with brands optimizing experiential campaigns...her dream job! Prior to launching Gravy, Parent was executive vice president and general manager at Deltek, a leading technology company, where she helped Deltek become the fastest growing company in the software industry and complete a successful IPO.
Executive Vice President of North America
Samantha Smith joined Etail Eye, a British company, in 2013 to launch the company in the U.S. Etail Eye enables manufacturers to take proactive control of their e-marketplace both domestically and globally, protecting their brand value, corporate reputation and profitability. Etail Eye shows in real-time where and when a product is sold, at what price and whether the reseller is authorized or unauthorized, including identifying potential gray or counterfeit product.
Smith started her career at SSC&B: Lintas London one of the leading global advertising agencies. She spend the following 10 years in agencies, including running seven of her own, handling accounts such as Unilever, Birds Eye, Malibu, Tia Maria and Volvo.
Her client experience commenced with BP Oil Europe where she handled pan-European communications while working for two years in Brussels. She then returned to the U.K. to join McDonald's and subsequently Burger King as marketing director. Smith returned to the agency side in 1998, joining Publicis FCA! as managing director. Clients included the BBC, Apple, Coca-Cola, Mars, National Westminster Bank, Barclays Bank, English Heritage and the UK National Lottery.
For the last six years before moving to the U.S., Smith worked for Schawk Inc. in London as global business director working with clients such as Procter & Gamble, BP Oil International, Apple and British Airways. Smith is married with one daughter.
