Siddhartha (Sid) Chowdhary is the founder and CEO of Credence Management Solutions LLC, a successful and fast-growing business providing IT management consulting, strategy and advisory services to government agencies. Recent (2011) awards include - Fast 50 Asian American Business, Top 50 Minority Business in D.C. and Top 100 Private Business in D.C.
Chowdhary has previously co-founded another technology services firm and held executive positions with multiple government contracting companies, where he was instrumental in their development and eventual exit. Chowdhary is very active in the IT community - working with organizations that connect government to industry. He currently serves as the president of PAN-IIT Alumni Association USA, as an appointed member of the Fairfax County IT Policy Advisory Committee (ITPAC), and is the past-chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) Government Committee. Chowdhary has been selected as one of the 2010 Minority Business Leaders by the Washington Business Journal and the 2010 50 Powerful Minority Men in Business by the Minority Enterprise Executive Council. He was also cited as 1105 Government Information Group's "Rising Stars: the up and coming in the government IT community," and was recognized at the 21st Annual Government Computing News (GCN) Awards for Outstanding Information Technology Achievement in Government. Chowdhary is a graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, and attended executive education programs at the Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government and Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute.

Bobby Christian is the founder and managing partner of iMPACT Ventures LLC, a growth strategy firm focused on companies with high growth desire and potential. iMPACT provides financial, advisory and operational services to dramatically increase organic as well as merger and acquisition growth. Christian also serves as director and chief growth officer of Three Pillar Global, where he is responsible for the company's business development and overall growth strategy.
During his three-year tenure, Three Pillar Global has grown from a small startup professional services firm to a global trusted partner focused on software product development. The company offers expertise in the area of mobile product, SaaS product and enterprise product. The company has been recognized for rapid growth by both Inc. Magazine (#44) and Virginia Business (#6). In the same time period, the company has grown from less than 10 employees to more than 500 worldwide employees located in India, Romania, Argentina and the United States. The company completed six acquisitions and successfully closed on a $10 million private equity funding round for future growth.
Prior to joining Three Pillar Global, Christian served as director and president of Tangible Software (now Tangible). Tangible delivers energy, security and consulting solutions to the public and private sectors. During his tenure at Tangible, the company grew from $1 million to more than $25 million in revenue. The company also grew from less than 10 to 120 employees.
Prior to joining Tangible Christian was the founder and CEO of True North Solutions (now Fishnet Security). True North Solutions was an information security solutions provider with a balanced portfolio of commercial and public organization in the United States of America. As the CEO, Christian led the strategy and growth of the company from $0 to more than $35 million in revenue in less than 4 years. The company grew from three to more than 120 employees before a successful acquisition by AMERICAN SYSTEMS in July 2004. Christian was also responsible for driving additional growth to a revenue run rate of more than $90 million before the entity was divested from AMERICAN SYSTEMS and acquired by Fishnet Security in July 2005.
Prior to founding True North Solutions, Christian served as an executive management team member for Netrex Secure Solutions. During his tenure from May 1998 to September 1999, the company grew from $7 million to $50 million in run rate revenue. The company also grew from 35 to more than 100 people before a successful acquisition by Internet Security Systems (ISSX on the NASDAQ and now IBM) in one of the most successful technology exits of that era.
Prior to joining Netrex Secure Solutions Christian started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). During his tenure from July 1991 to May 1998, Christian worked in the technology competency group and served clients in the financial, telecommunications and energy sectors.
Christian graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical engineering in July 1991. He serves as the chairman of the board for Unsung Heroes, a non-profit organization serving needy leaders in the southern region of Africa.
Vice President, Business Development
Learning Tree International
As vice president of business development for Learning Tree International, Mark LaFleur is responsible for strategy development and operational implementation of national and global strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. LaFleur returned to Learning Tree in March 2010 after having spent three years as vice president of Worldwide Sales at software developer Group Logic Inc. Prior to Group Logic, LaFleur spent 10 years at Learning Tree in Virginia and New York City in various sales and leadership roles. During that time, LaFleur personally closed several multi-million dollar training deals with Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.
LaFleur has several years of experience as a top-producing sales rep, and has led national/global direct and channel sales organizations. His experience includes developing go-to-market strategies, owning full P&L responsibilities, closing large enterprise deals and developing revenue-generating strategic partnerships. In his current role, LaFleur has closed key partnerships with companies such as Cisco Systems and has successfully led Learning Tree's efforts to be a major subcontractor on the Veterans Affairs' T4 contract vehicle. In addition to increased revenue growth, LaFleur's efforts over the past year also resulted in Learning Tree receiving an award for excellence in business development from the Institute for Excellence in Sales & Business Development.
A native of Boston, and an avid Red Sox fan, LaFleur earned a bachelor's degree in English from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He has also completed leadership development programs through the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and the University of Maryland. LaFleur has been actively involved in the NVTC for a number of years, and also sits on AFCEA's Professional Development Committee.
Vice President and Director, U.S. and European Operations and Business Development
ITT Mission Systems
Janet Oliver is vice president of U.S. and European operations as well as business development for ITT Mission Systems. ITT Mission Systems is a global leader in providing maintenance sustainment and operations support for U.S. government facilities, vehicles, equipment, ranges, networks and systems.
As the VP of business development, Oliver manages the full spectrum of ITT Mission Systems' business for a wide variety of government customers including: the U.S. Air Force Space Command, U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command, U.S. Army Sustainment Command, U.S. Army Materiel Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, NASA, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command, U.S. Department of State and many others. In 2010 Oliver led ITT Mission Systems to an unprecedented year of growth, winning contracts worth nearly $3 billion and more than doubling the number of personnel.
In her role as leader of the U.S. and European operations business line, Oliver oversees operations, maintenance, logistics and force protection contracts for the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force. The broad range of services provided also includes engineering, communications and IT, airfield management, and weather and emergency services. The programs in her business area receive high customer ratings for performance.
Oliver has more than 20 years of domestic and international experience supporting U.S. government missions, both in the field and in corporate environments. Prior to joining ITT, Oliver was vice president of the mission support services business line in Shaw Group's Federal Division, with more than 700 employees serving U.S. government agencies including the Department of Defense, NASA and the Department of Energy. Oliver served for nine years as executive vice president for marketing and business development for a wholly owned subsidiary of Fluor Corporation (a part of Fluor Government Group), building the department into one of the most respected business development departments in the industry and more than tripling the group's annual revenue.
Oliver began her career serving for 11 years overseas and in the U.S. with Pacific Architects & Engineers (PAE). She was the program manager of the Moscow Embassy O&M contract, and took a number of subsequent assignments with the State Department and CIA performing O&M, renovations and special projects, air and ground logistical support, administration, airfield and housing support to military and diplomatic missions.
Oliver has a bachelor's and a master's degree from the University of Arizona. She has a current Top Secret security clearance and is a member of several professional organizations. She actively participates in joint industry-government committees and panels, working with high-level procurement officials in all three DoD services (Air Force, Army, Navy) to improve procurement processes
Associate Director - National / Strategic / SMB
Duane Sibole is an associate director for Verizon Wireless and his roll encompasses overseeing three corporate teams covering Northern Virginia and parts of Washington, D.C., and Maryland. Sibole has a unique structure to his organization in that his teams emphasize on strategic and a solution-based approach to solving a variety of challenges that companies face. Given the topology of the Washington, D.C., market, two of these teams specialize in working with government contractors providing a variety of solutions to resolving their special needs for communication, tracking, asset protection and data collection. Taking responsibility of this team in 2010, he saw 23 percent YOY growth. Under his leadership, these teams were also able to increase market share resulting in doubling the size of his team. Sibole has been in a variety of leadership roles with Verizon Wireless covering many aspects of the business over the past 14 years.
Sibole has had an interesting career path over the past 20 years including sales, telecommunications, marketing, operations and business development. A few positions that comprise his previous leadership experience includes being an owner/CEO of his own company, business manager - strategic, business manager - SMB, area manager and development manager. His proven record of leading many teams to great success and driving growth in a variety of markets including public, private, commercial and government contractors, has afforded him to win multiple awards. Some highlights for his results are seven-time recipient of the Winner's Circle award for yearly results, 2010 - Customer Growth award and eight-time Top Manager Award. This experience in leading many teams to great successes in a variety of industries allows him to have a well-rounded approach to identifying, understanding and providing solutions to challenges that today's businesses have.
Sibole earned a bachelor's degree from Strayer University in computer networking with an emphasis in network security. Prior to this, he received a degree from George Mason University in business. He has also attended many courses on leadership, management, sales and wireless technology and is the vice-chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council's (NVTC) Business Development, Marketing and Sales committee.
