Todd Headley is CFO of Sourcefire, a leading cybersecurity company whose products protect the networks of many of the world's largest companies and governments against advanced threats and malware. Headley joined Sourcefire as CFO in 2003 and helped grow the company from $2 million in revenue to more than $250 million in revenue today.
In addition, Headley has raised over $50 million in venture financing, and took the SourceFire public in 2007 at $15 a share, a valuation of $360 million. The company announced the sale to Cisco in July 2013 for $76 a share or a valuation of $2.7 billion. He is directly responsible for financial reporting, investor relations, financial operations, treasury and tax, supply chain and information technology at SourceFire.
Prior to Sourcefire, Headley had 14 years of holding senior financial roles at four privately held, venture-backed technology start-ups all of which were acquired. He began career at Arthur Andersen in 1985 in the audit practice of their enterprise group focusing on emerging growth companies.
James (Jim) Tholen brings more than 20 years of financial and strategic management experience to BroadSoft. As CFO, Tholen oversees a number of BroadSoft's strategic and financial planning initiatives, including areas in accounting, tax, legal, human resources, investor relations, acquisitions, real estate and risk management operations. Tholen has been instrumental in ensuring BroadSoft's continued growth and long-term viability. In 2010, he guided BroadSoft into launching a successful IPO.
Prior to joining BroadSoft, Tholen served as CFO and COO at NetSec Inc., a managed security services company acquired by MCI (now Verizon Business). He has also served as CSO and CFO for CareerBuilder.com and was a founding member of CareerBuilder's board of directors.
In 2012, Tholen was named as CFO of the Year by the Tech Council of Maryland, and in 2009, he was selected as CFO of the Year by NVTC. Tholen is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Millenial Media (NYSE-MM) and Spectra Logic.
