Mike Bruni
Talent Acquisition Manager

Mike Bruni possesses more than 17 years of experience in human resources, recruiting and staffing. Bruni also is heavily experienced within the National Security Industry. He joined SAIC (Now Leidos) in January of 2005 after spending 7 years in the staffing industry. Since joining SAIC/Leidos he has taken on many roles leading many initiatives to include Talent Acquisition Management, Sourcing, Capture Staffing, Direct Recruiting, and Veteran Outreach. In Dec. 2009, Bruni was instrumental in standing up a centralized SAIC/Leidos military recruiting program, Operation MVP. This program was designed to be an SAIC/Leidos central point to recruit top talent from all Branches of the military. Bruni has been quoted in HR Magazine, The Military Times, and USAToday. He's been a guest on Federal News Radio's "FedAccess" Show. Bruni also has been a guest on the radio program "The Workforce Show". He's been featured on the Pentagon Channel's "Hiring America" television show. Bruni is currently working as a talent acquisition manager with the National Security Sector of Leidos.

Sharon Palmeter

As vice president of human resources and recruiting, Sharon Palmeter oversees all aspects of the employee lifecycle - from recruiting and hiring, to training, development, compensation and benefits. Over the course of her more than 20-year career in human resources and recruiting, Palmeter has applied her passion for implementing creative human resources, recruiting and retention programs at companies, large and small, to support the organization's revenue and workplace goals. Palmeter joined Dovel from QinetiQ, where she served as the federal contractor's director of talent acquisition for the company's 3,000-person Mission Solutions Group. While at QinetiQ, Palmeter implemented best practices in compliance and created an executive recruiting dashboard reporting system for senior leadership to review recruiting metrics bi-weekly; architected a reporting structure for the recruiting organization that positioned the company for growth; and oversaw the development of interview training for hiring managers. Prior to her tenure with QinetiQ, Palmeter was vice president of recruiting at Apptis, Inc., and recruiting program manager at Nextel Communications/Sprint Nextel Corporation.

Cindy Pineda

Cynthia D. Pineda is Sr. Human Resources Manager for General Dynamics Information Technology's Intelligence Solutions Division, which provides information technology and logistics support services to the U.S. Government and C4ISR communities world-wide.

Ms. Pineda is an accomplished Human Resources professional with twenty years of progressive experience delivering tactical as well as strategic HR and business solutions. In her current role, Ms. Pineda leads the Talent Management team which develops projects that support the acquisition, retention and development of high performing employees to meet current and future workforce needs. Ms. Pineda is facilitating growth through engagement in the areas of Succession Management, Career Development, Mentoring, Diversity and Inclusion and Workforce Planning.

Ms. Pineda received a bachelor's degree in political science from St. Mary's University, San Antonio, Texas. She also holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute as well as the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certification through Human Capital Institute.
