Dr. Vishal Agrawal

Dr. Agrawal brings to Harris more than 15 years of experience developing strategies for and advising leading government and commercial healthcare organizations in North America. He was formerly at McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner and leader in the firm's North American healthcare systems and services practice. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry and a master's degree in molecular biophysics from Yale University, as well as a medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine.
Shawn Henry is a preeminent cyber and security expert with 24 years of experience with the FBI. Henry is currently the president of CrowdStrike, a security technology company focused on helping enterprises and governments protect their most sensitive intellectual property and national security information. As the executive assistant director with the FBI, he was responsible for all criminal and cyber programs and investigations worldwide, as well as international operations and the FBI's critical incident response. In this position, Henry oversaw major computer crime and cyber investigations, from DDOS attacks to major bank and corporate breaches to state-sponsored intrusions. He also developed FBI cyber policies and led the establishment of the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force.

Scott Renda currently works at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) in the E-Government and Information Technology office (E-Gov) where he leads the policy, strategy and communications team. This team is responsible for the development of all federal IT policies. In this role, he facilitates the adoption of cloud computing, strengthens federal portfolio management through PortfolioStat, opens up and unlocks government data and manages the Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative. He is an alumnus of the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, both at Syracuse University. Hobbies include cycling, gardening, theater and cooking. He resides in Washington, D.C.
