Critical Power Group

Critical Power Group (CPG) is a woman-owned small business that specializes in providing design, consultation and construction of mission critical facilities; mission critical power solutions such as Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS), Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS), Continuous Power Supply (CPS), and Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors (TVSS); and SCIF/Tempest Facility design and construction. A strong emphasis on green solutions, efficient products and the latest technologies gives CPG an arsenal of knowledge and capabilities. Everything from power and environmental products, facilities integration, facility management and maintenance, operations and maintenance services, installation and monitoring services as well as project management are our hallmarks. Because of our expertise in the data center marketplace, and understanding the complexities and cost associated with mission critical power solutions, we have developed an "in-house" product to extend the life of batteries required to sustain any mission critical facility in case of a power outage. Batteries are critical to any UPS system. The best UPS on the market becomes inoperable without well maintained, fully charged batteries. Our Cabinet Ventilation System (CVS) drastically reduces the heat within a battery cabinet. Cooler batteries hold a charge better and last much, much longer. Implementing the CVS to any battery cabinet ensures reliability to any mission critical facility and extends the life of the batteries by up to 40 percent. Replacing batteries 40 percent less of the time dramatically reduces the facilities operating expenses while increasing profits within a collocation center.
