Larry Bard's practice is focused on corporate finance and securities law matters, including public and private offerings, venture capital transactions and other financing transactions. He advises companies on issues of corporate governance, business planning, securities law compliance, executive compensation, commercial contracts and joint ventures. Bard has completed many initial public offerings for companies in the mid-Atlantic region. He also has experience in private equity and public/public mergers & acquisitions.
Bard is a frequent speaker and writer on corporate and securities law, and is recommended as a leading lawyer by Legal 500. He is a former clerk for the Delaware Court of the Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. Bard is the co-chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council's Capital Formation Committee, and is also a certified public accountant.

Bobby Christian is the founder and managing partner of iMPACT Ventures LLC, a growth strategy firm focused on companies with high growth desire and potential. iMPACT provides financial, advisory and strategy services to dramatically increase organic as well as merger and acquisition growth. Christian also launched iMPACT Ventures Capital Group LLC to provide seed capital to early-stage companies.
iMPACT currently maintains an interest in a diverse set of portfolio companies. Christian currently also serves as the CEO of WATERFALL SOFTWARE (an iMPACT Ventures portfolio company) where his responsible for the company's strategy and operations. Prior to joining WATERFALL SOLUTIONS, Christian served as director and chief growth officer of 3Pillar Global (an iMPACT Ventures portfolio company) where he was responsible for the company's sales, marketing, business development, strategic alliances and overall growth strategy.
During his five-year tenure from 2008 to 2013, 3Pillar Global grew from a small startup professional services firm to a global trusted partner focused on software product development. Christian has also served as director and president of Tangible Software (now Tangible), co-founder and CEO of True North Solutions (now Fishnet Security), an executive management team member for Netrex Secure Solutions, and started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Christian graduated from Virginia Tech with a B. S. in mechanical engineering in July of 1991. Christian currently serves on the advisory board and board of directors for several high-tech/high-growth companies. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Unsung Heroes, USA. Unsung Heroes is a non-profit organization serving needy leaders in the Southern Region of Africa.

Stefan T. Midford

As President and CEO of Natural Insight, Stefan Midford has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, operations and workforce management. His extensive business background includes leadership roles at major credit, retail and marketing businesses in the U.S. and Canada, with assignments at Discover Financial Services, Sears Roebuck & Co., Sears Canada Inc. and prior to founding Natural Insight, as COO at Intersections Inc.
Midford's management experience gives him insight into the strategic challenges facing organizations with distributed workforces, as well as the specialized logistical issues that go with them. He is a member of the Institute for Global Work at Boston University, and a board member of the World Alliance for Retail Excellence and Standards.
In addition, Midford is an active proponent of the need for continued advancement of Science and Technology in schools, and works as a mentor for a Northern Virginia high school robotics team.
