Nancy McCarthy
DC Rainmakers, LLC

Nancy McCarthy has built a sales and management career spanning more than 20 years with leading Fortune 100 companies. She is viewed as an expert in sales, business development, strategic relationship building, and client relationship management for professionals in service organizations, tech companies and knowledge-based industries. McCarthy's clients are Fortune 500, Inc. 500 and Inc. 5,000 as well as others working to attain those levels.

McCarthy specializes in developing stronger leaders and making Rainmakers out of high performers who want to take their game to the next level and substantially increase revenue. She has had great success working with CEOs, executive teams, professionals, sales/ business development and non-sales team members to help them become stronger leaders and help the company grow.

McCarthy held positions as VP, director of channel sales for North America, manager and salesperson. She now consults and coaches other companies to build their profitable, sustainable revenue and grow their companies. McCarthy holds a B.S. in business with work toward her M.B.A. at the University of Maryland.

Ted Davies
Unisys Federal Systems

Edward "Ted" Davies is president of Unisys Federal Systems, which delivers a broad range of services and solutions in the areas of physical and IT security, data center transformation and outsourcing, end user outsourcing and support services, and application modernization and outsourcing to the U.S. government. Major clients include the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, Health and Human Services, Agriculture, the General Services Administration and numerous organizations in the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

Davies is also a senior vice president of the corporation and is responsible for leveraging a broad range of security solutions globally.

Davies joined Unisys in 2003, serving as the managing partner for Federal Systems' Civilian Agencies, where he was responsible for client relationship management, team development, market development and project execution.

Davies' industry experience includes 17 years with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., where he most recently served as a partner. In this role, Davies developed and co-led the economics and business analysis team within the worldwide technology business which provided services across the federal government and to key commercial clients.

Davies has spoken at conferences and industry events on such topics as the Federal Enterprise Architecture, Open Technology Development, Program Management, Business Case Analysis, e-government economics and business transformation.

Davies holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Franklin & Marshall College and an M.B.A. in finance and investments from George Washington University.

Brad O'Brien
Chief Operating Officer
CFN Services

As CFN Service's chief operating officer, Brad O'Brien is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CFN Services as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company's corporate and product plans. Since joining CFN Services O'Brien has been instrumental in helping CFN achieve 1,200 percent revenue growth in three years, along with awards from Red Herring 100 and Inc. 500.

O'Brien brings more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and a wealth of leadership and entrepreneurial expertise to the CFN management team. He has held positions at the vice president level for business development, sales, customer service and operations at companies such as Vanco, Universal Access and TeleGlobe. O'Brien's experience has provided him the groundwork to excel as COO and provider leadership and direction in the management of employees and processes, setting strategy, driving revenue, implementing customer support processes and strategies, driving business process restructuring initiatives and project managing organizations through periods of change and growth.

O'Brien earned both his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Virginia.

Carolyn Parent
Executive Vice President and General Manager - GovCon

As Deltek's executive vice president and general manager - GovCon, Carolyn Parent is responsible for managing Deltek's Government Contracting (GovCon) business across the corporation. She manages GovCon product and services sales, and oversees the related field marketing and demand generation activities focused on Deltek's GovCon customers. Prior to her promotion to general manager of the GovCon business unit, Parent led Deltek's Worldwide Sales organization since her arrival in February 2006. During her tenure leading the Deltek sales organization, company revenue grew substantially.

Parent brings more than 20 years of experience leading technology sales organizations and launching companies as a successful entrepreneur. Prior to Deltek, she served as national sales director at BearingPoint, a globally-recognized leader in strategic consulting and technology solutions for Global 2000 companies and government organizations. As the leader of sales in BearingPoint's Middle Market Practice, she grew the practice to be one of the fastest-growing segments within the company.

Prior to joining BearingPoint, Parent was an executive at Computer Associates and executive vice president of sales for security metrics management pioneer Sequation, Inc., where she helped launch the company. She has also served as the vice president of commercial sales at Enterworks and Xacta Corporation, a division of leading IT solution and service provider Telos Corporation.

Parent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University.

Craig Parisot
Executive Vice President and COO

Craig Parisot is executive vice president and chief operating officer of Invertix Corporation with primary responsibility for corporate strategy and strategic development activities. Since joining the company in the summer of 2006, Invertix annual revenue increased from $1.9 million at the close of 2006 to $45 million in 2010 with more than 200 full-time employees, consultants and subcontractors. Prior to assuming his current role, Parisot held senior management positions with SI International and Bridge Technology Corporation. With SI, he served as a senior director of SI's Intelligence Business Unit where he was responsible for the company's strategic business relationships and delivery of several key programs, all in the defense intelligence sector. He came to SI International through its acquisition of Bridge Technology Corporation in 2004 where he served as a director, responsible for all corporate operations.

In 2010, Invertix was awarded the Emerging Company of the Year Award from the National Capital Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, named a finalist in the NVTC Hottest Emerging Government Contractor category, selected by Washington Business Journal as the 4th Fastest Growing Company in the D.C. Region, and named 174th on Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest growing private companies in America.

Parisot received his Master of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of South Carolina. He is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and highly motivated to practice his skills in the culinary arts.
