Tarik Reyes
Vice President of Business Development - Federal Mission Programs
Northrop Grumman Information Systems

Tarik Reyes is vice president of business development for Federal Mission Programs within the Civil Systems Division of Northrop Grumman's Information Systems sector. Federal Mission Programs is a premier provider of advanced IT solutions, engineering and business services for primarily the federal civil, postal and selected Department of Defense civil clients.

Reyes is responsible for all areas of business development strategy, execution, sustainment and growth for Northrop Grumman in the civil federal and select defense markets. His team provides business development opportunities and awards in application development, transformation and modernization, information management and systems integration for a wide range of civil enterprise systems, including cybersecurity, air traffic management, human capital management, law enforcement, enterprise resource planning, document and records management, regulatory compliance, environmental sciences and several information assurance programs.

Reyes' prior assignment was director of vertical solutions, voice and data for the Secure Enterprise Communications operating unit. Reyes led public safety programs in mission-critical voice and data, situational awareness, next-generation 911, criminal database systems, mission-critical wireless networks, supply chain management and SCADA. His customers spanned the state and local public safety, civilian and defense markets.

Previously, Reyes served as director of strategy and solutions for the commercial, State, and Local Business unit. Reyes joined the company in the Computing Systems Business Unit where he was responsible for creating and developing a solutions sales force to increase the win rate for professional services and drive higher margin returns to the organization.

Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Reyes was a services executive within Microsoft Corporation's Consulting Services Organization. Before joining Microsoft, he was the director of business development for Visalign Corp. (formerly Forte Systems). Prior to his role at Visalign, Reyes was a nuclear and mechanical engineer for Bechtel Corporation. He traveled extensively, domestically and internationally, consulting with nuclear and fossil power companies.

Reyes was inducted into the Order of the Engineers in 1994, participated in the American Nuclear Society, American Society of Mechanical Engineers and is a member of the Asian Pacific Professional Network, within Northrop Grumman.

Reyes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland in nuclear engineering and a secondary field in mechanical engineering. He has also completed many business, technical and executive leadership courses, including leadership certifications from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Reyes holds certifications in systems engineering and process improvement.

Deborah B. Dunie
Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer
CACI International Inc.

Deborah B. Dunie is executive vice president and chief technology officer of CACI International Inc. a professional services and information technology (IT) company.

Dunie joined CACI's top management team in October 2006. She reports directly to Bill Fairl, CACI's president of U.S. Operations. She brings more than 25 years of senior-level technology experience, including nearly five years with the Department of Defense (DoD), plus key positions with technology companies in the commercial sector. Dunie's responsibilities include developing and advancing the company's technology infrastructure, as well as leveraging her expertise to expand capabilities and services that have broad market application with a wide array of the company's clients.

At DoD, Dunie worked within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence, USD(I) as director, plans and analysis. As principal advisor to the USD(I), she was responsible for providing executive leadership, guidance and reviews of DoD activities and programs as they related to U.S. national interests, defense policies, operational requirements and state-of-the-art technologies.

Prior to her work with the federal government, Dunie was responsible for e-business solutions within the national intelligence market at Oracle Corporation, guided the strategic direction of Raytheon E-Systems' Advanced Technology Program and was in charge of new and follow-on business development in advanced information processing technologies at Martin Marietta (GE Aerospace).

In November 2006, Dunie was awarded the Secretary of Defense Medal for Meritorious Civilian Service. Dunie is the chairman of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) International Technical Committee, and sits on the board of advisors of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Computer Society. She earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Tufts University, and her master of electrical and computer engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Rob Hines
Regional Vice President, Mid-Atlantic

Rob Hines is the regional vice president for enterprise sales in the Mid-Atlantic region of Salesforce.com, the enterprise cloud computing company. He has more than 15 years of experience in a variety of commercial and public sector software and hardware sales leadership and sales roles.

Prior to joining Salesforce.com in May 2012, Hines was regional director of sales for Symantec. In that role, he was responsible for leading sales to state and local government and education in the southeastern U.S. During his time at Symantec, Hines led the specialist team focused on messaging and compliance products. Hines began his career as a sales representative at Sun Microsystems and held roles of increasing responsibility at Solect Technology Group, RateIntegration and Network Associates before joining Symantec.

Hines holds a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Virginia Tech.

Kevin Kiley
Director of the Enterprise Sales Group

Kevin Kiley is the director of the Enterprise Sales group at AirWatch, a global provider of mobile device management and mobile application management solutions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Sorbonne, where he graduated summa cum laude with additional post-graduate studies in technology commercialization at Oxford University.

Kiley is a gold belt in Lean Six Sigma and has extensive experience in deploying mobility security solutions. He resides in Atlanta, and sits on the IB Board of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG).

Mike Maiorana
President - Washington-Baltimore-Virginia Region
Verizon Wireless

Mike Maiorana is president of the Washington, Baltimore, Virginia region for Verizon Wireless, responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, retail stores and expansion of the Verizon Wireless network. He oversees a $3-billion-a-year operation and more than 2,000 employees for the nation's largest wireless company.

Maiorana was formerly vice president of national government sales and operations at Verizon Wireless. In that role he was responsible for sales and customer service for the company's federal, state and local government customers including those in law enforcement, public safety, the military and municipalities.

He began his wireless career in 1990 as a sales representative and moved on to assignments of increasing responsibility including regional director of corporate and government accounts, director of retail sales, and director of sales operations and training. He is a four-time winner of the Verizon Wireless President's Cabinet award for sales achievement.

Maiorana is a member of the board of directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). He earned an MBA in finance at Montclair State University in New Jersey, and holds an undergraduate degree in marketing from Rutgers University.

Paul Oliver
Regional Manager, Collaboration Sales, Enterprise East

Paul Oliver, regional manager, Collaboration Sales, Enterprise East with Cisco, holds a first-class honors degree in computing science. He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry.

His early career years were spent as a software engineer developing the UNIX operating system with U.K.-based software house Logica. In this role, he helped develop some of the early UNIX systems.

He has since held senior business development and management positions at Santa Cruz Operation (UNIX), XcelleNet (remote network management), Sterling Commerce (e-commerce) and ServicePower (field service management). Over the years, Oliver has worked with some of the world's largest and most successful businesses in both Europe and the U.S.

Oliver joined Cisco in 2009. He manages the specialist team focused on Cisco's Collaboration solution set in Enterprise East. The role enables Oliver to combine his technology experience with his passion for improving the way individuals, groups and companies collaborate
