Tech companies and health organizations the world over are leveraging blockchain and multiparty systems technologies to combat the spread of COVID-19. John Stevens, blockchain lead for Accenture Federal Services, provides an overview of how they are using this new technology to track possible exposures, fight misinformation, create liquidity in strained supply chain markets, increase donations, and more.  As part of the session Stevens will share blockchain-powered mobile apps that you can use now to track your own exposure.

Each Wednesday at 4 p.m. NVTC will host a virtual Happy Hours. We hope that you will join in the fun and make some new business connections with other NVTC members.

This week we will be playing Technology Trivia! Get ready to have some fun and test your knowledge of all things technology!  Technology trivia questions are being provided by NVTC's Data Center Committee! 

NVTC’s Virtual Happy Hour will be hosted on Zoom which means you will probably want to shower and put on a decent top. PJ bottoms, sweat pants and slippers are still acceptable attire for your lower half. We promise NVTC virtual Happy Hours are a judgment-free zone. After all…we are in survival mode!
