At the Jan. 17 NVTC Board of Directors meeting, NVTC honored DCL Associates Founder and CEO and former NVTC Board Chair David Lucien for serving as a visionary in formalizing and expanding the NVTC Veterans Employment Initiative (VEI) program since 2013.

Lucien, along with Monster Executive Vice President and NVTC Board Member Steve Cooker, served as the inaugural VEI Task Force co-chair. Lucien is passionate about giving back to our military members and their families and will continue to serve on the VEI Task Force as a strategic advisor.
