Beginning in January 2018, NVTC will host a series of webinars detailing how you can take advantage of the resources to support the relatively untapped talent pool of individuals with disabilities and Veterans. The webinar series will also address assistive technologies and disability etiquette. Members of your human resource, facilities operations, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, training, compliance, and legal departments are encouraged to participate.

NVTC Veterans Employment Initiative



The NVTC Veterans Employment Initiative (VEI) connects Veterans and military spouses to employment opportunities within Virginia's technology community and provides support to NVTC member companies in their efforts to recruit, hire, train and retain qualified Veteran employees.

NOVA Workforce



NOVA Workforce conducts research on economic conditions and the labor market in Northern Virginia to develop a robust talent pipeline that meets the needs of employers in the region. Tech Valley Connect



The Tech Valley Connect model is an innovative business model to assist regions across the country to leverage their ability in attracting professional talent.

Tech Valley Connect is a centralized structured hub of support for employers operating out of the area's economic development organization to serve employers who are relocating new hires and those with families both during the candidate recruitment phase and post-hire, for the first year of new hire's employment. This innovative infrastructure assists by strategically accelerating professional networks for spouse/partners of new and existing hires who are looking for work with leadership in their field as well as personal networks comprehensively integrating new comers into the regional communities.
