Grab your favorite morning drink and join NVTC for Morning Coffee on Friday February 5 at 9:00 a.m. Our special guest, Jackie Black, Director of Strategic Alliances, U.S. Jobs, Consumer Technology Association, will present findings from CTA’s recent “Future of Work” report. CTA surveyed tech industry leaders on current and future workforce issues. The results reflect changes to the workforce resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically related to remote work and benefits offerings. However, despite the workforce disruption from the pandemic, the survey results continue to show that technology companies, both large and small, need more employees with technical skills and need to adapt to challenges in finding and retaining qualified talent over the next five years. Jackie’s presentation will be followed by an open discussion and Q&A with attendees.
