NVTC’s next Filling the Tech Talent Committee meeting is June 15^th 3-4 PM. HR and workforce development leaders are invited to attend to learn more about the new Learning, Employment and (Economic) Development for Information Technology  (LEAD4IT) Program.  This employer driven, talent management program offers funding to help strengthen your IT and cybersecurity workforce by upskilling your present workforce and training new workers. ICF, a global professional services firm and NVTC member company, has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Department of Labor to lead this program. Guest speakers from ICF, will share details on how to leverage the program and funding to help recruit and upskill employees.

During this meeting, you will also receive information on hosting successful career fairs and best practices for engaging with recruiters to fill your open positions.
