Technology Transfer Forum Hosts Gerard Eldering

Gerard Eldering, Founder and President of InnovateTech Ventures, discusses Technology Transfer.

On December 12, 2007, The Entrepreneur Center @NVTC co-hosted a Technology Transfer Forum at George Washington University. At the forum, Gerard Eldering, Founder & President of InnovateTech Ventures, spoke on the topic, "Get Rich Quick from Tech Transfer-How the Business Community is Waking Up to the Opportunity of Tech Transfer Startups."

Eldering highlighted in his presentation that our region has remarkable research done each year and that there are many opportunities to leverage new technologies. Although the process of tech transfer is "long and painful," he predicts a slow, positive and continued growth in the area.
