On Feb. 21, the NVTC Small Business and Entrepreneur Committee hosted “Practical Financing Advice for Early-Stage Entrepreneurs” at Virginia Tech in Arlington. During the event, panelists John Burke of True Ventures, Eric Koefoot of PublicRelay, Sean Mallon of the CIT GAP Funds, and S. Tien Wong of Lore Systems Inc. shared their insights on how to meet and pitch to investors and how to find out what really matters to investors before they invsest.
