NVTC Board Member Company Acentia Moves Headquarters to Fairfax County, Creating 60 New Jobs

Gov. Bob McDonnell announced on Monday, January 9, that NVTC Board member company Acentia invested $3.1 million to move its headquarters from Silver Spring, Md., to Falls Church, Va., creating 60 new jobs. Acentia provides technology and management solutions to help federal government and commercial customers meet mission-critical requirements on programs of national significance.

"Fairfax County gives us access to the highly-skilled technical staff and management consultants we need to continue to provide essential services to our customers," said NVTC Board Member Todd Stottlemyer, CEO of Acentia. "As a company with very aggressive growth plans, we are excited about the possibilities that moving our headquarters to Virginia presents to our customers and the entire Acentia team. Our new space should be a springboard to a great 2012 for Acentia."
