HERNDON, VA - June 28, 2007 - The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) last night celebrated the efforts of entrepreneurial companies and individuals in the National Capital region's technology community at the NVTC Hot Ticket Awards Party. For the first time in the awards' six-year history, the finalists and winners in the categories of "Hottest Bootstrap," "Hottest Buzz," "Hottest Exit," "Hottest Management Team" and "Hottest Venture Capital Deal" were announced at the party.

The festivities, attended by more than 500 local technology entrepreneurs, business leaders and other special guests, were held poolside at the home of NVTC President & CEO Bobbie Kilberg in McLean, Va. The awards ceremony was emceed by John Hurley of DLA Piper and Steve Winings of CTPartners. DLA Piper and CTPartners were the evening's "Smoking Hot Sponsors."
