Business to Government Sponsorships
The mission of the NVTC B2G Committee is to enhance and facilitate business development opportunities for NVTC members with the federal government, the Commonwealth of Virginia, and other Northern Virginia government entities. The B2G Committee adds value to the membership and encourages new membership by proactively providing high-content programs, information exchange, and business and networking opportunities, as well as providing a forum for members to share their views about relevant issues affecting their business with government entities.

Private Equity
The NVTC Capital Formation Committee's mission is to undertake highly focused initiatives and activities to foster economic development in the region, attract the attention of capital markets to the region and to NVTC members, and to provide NVTC companies with increased access to private and public capital at all levels of financial development. The Capital Formation Committee helps oversee several subcommittee events including Meet the Capital Players and Private Equity Series. The collective goal of these subcommittees is to develop and produce targeted events that foster mutual understanding of access to capital at all stages, for all types of companies, and to provide excellent networking opportunities.
CFO Series Sponsorships
The mission of the NVTC CFO Committee is to provide "content and contacts" to NVTC member company CFOs. This mission is accomplished by planning informative events throughout the year and through weekly committee conference calls and meetings. Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards Sponsorships
NVTC members and area leaders from many industries alike attend the award-winning Annual CFO Awards Banquet to be held in June 2010. The CFO of the Year awards are presented to CFOs for outstanding contributions to his/her company's performance and accomplishments as well as the Greater Washington region's technology community as a whole. The Community Service Award is presented to a Chief Financial Officer or Financier who, in addition to excelling professionally, has given time and energy to improving the Greater Washington region's technology community.
