Cybersecurity: Strategies for Winning the Talent Battle
It's no secret that there is a shortage of skilled and credentialed cyber security talent - it's an issue that's impacting many companies and government organizations across the region. NVTC's Cybersecurity and Privacy committee, with support from NVTC's Workforce and Education Committee, has assembled a broad range of perspectives intended to explain how this issue might be addressed. Participants will learn new sources for cleared cyber security talent, successful talent incubator models in other industries that may be replicated in the cybersecurity market, high school programs designed to produce more interest in STEM at the university level and methods for effectively scouting cyber security talent.
