Data science and data analytics skills are in high demand, and the competition to attract and hire top-notch professionals who possess these skill sets is very high.

Employers are searching for the actionable solutions to entice the best and the brightest to their organizations. And they're reimaging and reshaping the workplace in fresh, creative ways. In addition to big data, today's employers are working hard to capture that emotional connection that many young people seek in an employer.

Attend this event and learn how to approach, hire and retain millennials by creating partnerships with universities, creating flexible and mind-challenging jobs, and building internal/supportive connections.

During the event, a panel will discuss effective strategies for recruiting the talent needed in the big data and analytics area.
