HR & Benefits Committee MeetingJanuary 12, 2017
The New Presidential Administration and the Future of the Affordable Care Act
Please join the HR and Benefits Committee as we explore how proposed policies of the new presidential administration could potentially impact the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). ACA is one of the most significant pieces of healthcare legislation since the passing of Medicare in 1965 and has garnered strong bipartisan support. With the presidential transition on the horizon, this committee will discuss how employers can develop plans around ACA reporting, payment of fees, the Cadillac Tax and the Employer Mandate in an environment with so little certainty.
