We've all read about a number of D.C. metro area tech companies that have successfully sold in the last year or two. Prices have ranged from less than $20 million to more than $1 billion. Our M&A experienced panel will help you think through the process of executing a multi-year plan to position your company, maximizing your value in a sale. When should we sell? When should we start the planning process? What should we be doing now to minimize due diligence headaches that reduce prices, delay closings or even kill deals?
