Hilary Fordwich
SVP and Executive Director
KSI Institute


Hilary Fordwich has joined KSI as senior vice president and executive director of the KSI Institute, a think tank and training platform for business development leaders. She will be hosting Government Contractor Weekly, airing prior to the Sunday morning power block of WUSA Channel 9 the Greater Washington CBS affiliate, as part of the KSI strategy to become the authoritative source for how to win government contracts.

Fordwich's professional background includes more than a decade at KPMG, where she directed international BD from their global headquarters in Amsterdam and held local, regionaand national positions developing marketing strategies.

After KPMG, Fordwich was vice president of global marketing for Headstrong where she also served on the Firmwide board. There she directed international marketing, branding and global positioning. She was also responsible for the management of professionals in international public relations, communications, event management and website development. Fordwich then led the marketing communications practice as managing director at Qorvis Communications LLC, where she served regional and national clients.

Fordwich graduated magna cum laude, with a double B.A. and honors from Mary Washington College at the University of Virginia. She has conducted graduate studies at NYU, Georgetown University and University of Amsterdam. She has competed in the U.S. Women's Southern Amateur Golf Tournament and won three club championships. She resides with her three children in Potomac, Md.



Terry Gudaitis, Ph.D.

Terry Gudaitis currently the CyberIntelligence Director at Cyveillance. Before joining the team at Cyveillance, she was the director of open source intelligence at SAIC, and prior to SAIC she was the chief of business development and chief behavioral scientist at Psynapse Technologies LLC. Gudaitis has also held positions as a team member and lead investigator of incident response teams for SAIC, Global Integrity Corporation, Predictive Systems Inc. and Network Security Corporation. Gudaitis became the only cyber-crime profiler in the commercial information security industry who provided a business differentiator for her incident response teams as well as for the field of cyberintelligence. She expanded and altered the classical profiling methods used in homicide, serial crime and terrorist investigation, and adapted them for the applied use in computer crime investigations and Internet-based cases.

Gudaitis gained a foundation for her expertise as an operations officer and behavioral profiler at the CIA's Counter Terrorist Center. At the CIA, she was responsible for developing terrorist profiles, assessments of informants and managing targeting teams. In addition to her corporate related work, Gudaitis has served on the United States Secret Service Advisory Board for Insider Threat, regularly presents at national and international conferences, and has authored publications in numerous security-related journals and books.



Edward Jestin
Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Edward (Ted) Jestin is the chief information security officer (CISO) for FannieMae. In this role, he provides the leadership for all aspects of information security including: strategy, policy and governance, engineering, information risk management, operations and awareness. His team is responsible for safeguarding the company's technology assets and information, intellectual property and network security.

Prior to this position, he was the CISO for Lehman Brothers. In this role, he was responsible for information security on a global basis including: developing and implementing information security governance, performing security engineering and information risk management, and monitoring security events via a dedicated security operations team. Formerly, he was the CISO at Citadel Investment Group, one of the world's largest hedge funds, responsible for the establishment and direction of all aspects of information security and risk management with special emphasis on regulatory compliance. Earlier he was the Managing Partner of Security Metrix LLC a consulting firm providing a wide range of evaluation, measurement, design and implementation services in the area of information security.

Previously, he has held the position of CISO at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Salomon Brothers. At Chase Manhattan Bank, Jestin held a variety of positions related to information systems management, auditing and control. In Canada, he held various technology positions at the Bank of Nova Scotia, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police - Security Service and Bell-Northern Research.

Jestin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering and is a registered professional engineer (P.Eng.).
