Thomas Hibarger is a managing director in Stroz Friedberg's Washington, D.C. office, where he is responsible for directing engagements including cybercrime, data breach response and digital forensics. Prior to joining Stroz Friedberg, Hibarger served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) in the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. for nearly 25 years, most recently as chief of the criminal division. As criminal chief, he oversaw all federal investigations and criminal cases brought by the U.S. Attorney's Office.
