North American Director of SMB
Shawn Cook (Twitter @RPMSalesCoach) has spent the better part of 26 years in sales and sales management roles. Today Cook has taken on the role of establishing the North American SMB sales team for Eloqua in Vienna, Va. Eloqua is in the business of helping companies to rapidly, predictably and dramatically increase revenue, control costs while at the same time know what levers to pull in order to sustain revenue growth through a business strategy called revenue performance management (RPM). Cook's growing team is focused on bringing education, thought leadership and best-in-class sales practices to the highly competitive world of marketing automation and RPM.
Prior to Eloqua, Cook held sales management roles at Hanley Wood, Weatherbug, Blackboard and Vocus. He is also a motivational speaker, a contributor to multiple blogs including "It's All About Revenue" and is color commentator for his local community college (CSM Hawks) televised games.

With more than 25-years at Atlantic, Lorre Crisswell is considered by her peers as one of the leading advisors on successful face-to-face marketing ventures. Holding a degree in business administration with a minor in marketing from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kan., Crisswell began as an exhibit consultant in 1987. Her insightful input and ability to foresee potential difficulties brings a senior level of customer service to each project. She has worked the trenches and knows what it takes to pull off a successful exhibit. This experience has served her well in managing many of the nation's top trade show accounts; including Intelsat Corporation, ExxonMobil and Northrop Grumman. Crisswell's vast understanding has been earned through personal experience and is unsurpassed by any other.
Founder & CEO
William Flanagan is a nationally recognized marketing expert and leader, regularly speaking at industry events and writing articles and opinions in a number of different industries. At TEMPUS Group, Flanagan leads the organization efforts with communications, Internet technology, nonprofit, small business and governmental clients.
Prior to founding The TEMPUS Group, Flanagan was VP of marketing at Cognio, a wireless technology software company, where he was responsible for leading the company's product management and marketing efforts. At Cognio, his efforts, combined with a fantastic executive team, created the Enterprise Spectrum Assurance market, secured several OEMs of Cognio technology, scaled the business to an more than $10-million run rate from no revenues and ultimately drove Cisco's acquisition of Cognio in October 2007.
Prior to joining Cognio, Flanagan was a founder and the chief strategy officer of sentitO Networks, a venture-backed startup building award-winning VoIP solutions. Flanagan has also held a number of positions at Tellabs/SALIX Technologies, Lucent/Ascend and 3Com/Primary Access.
In addition to efforts with TEMPUS Group, Flanagan actively works with the Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit foundation focused on helping other nonprofit organizations gain access to the marketing infrastructure they need to improve the human condition. In addition, Flanagan has worked with the National Science Foundation on market viability and strategy for prospective awards of Small Business Innovative Research program grants, a program that has awarded more than $100 million in grants to small businesses.
Flanagan holds a B.S. in computer science from the University of Oklahoma and an M.S. in information architectures from the University of Texas.
Sales and Business Development Manager
Mike Hoffman's passion and career is focused on driving profitability through innovative online marketing strategies. He currently heads up Whereoware's business development and sales efforts for their mobile and website development, data integration, data visualization and marketing automation services.
Prior to joining Whereoware, Hoffman worked in financial sales for Wells Fargo, where he received recognition and awards for consistently beating sales performance standards in his region. Before working at Wells Fargo, Hoffman was a top performer in sales and marketing at Enterprise.
Mike has a B.S. from the University of Mary Washington and is a current MBA candidate at the Smith School of Business at University of Maryland.
Monica Mayk Parham
Monica Mayk Parham directs marketing and client outreach activities for Market Connections, overseeing promotional communications, public relations, events, content development, online and email marketing. Parham's expertise includes event management, branding, creative direction and project management. She serves as editor of Market Connections' monthly e-newsletter, Research IT, manages the company's social media presence and maintains the Market Connections blog.
As the driving force behind Market Connections' rebranding in 2011, Parham managed the development of the company's new visual identity, website and client project materials. She has also been instrumental in developing and sharing influential reports, such as the 2011 Social Media Study, 2011 Federal Media and Marketing Study, 2011 Open Source study, and 2010 Federal Community Social Media Study.
Parham has worked in the Washington, D.C., area since 2000 for customer-focused corporations, government contractors and nonprofits. Prior to joining Market Connections as marketing director in 2010, she worked as a marketing consultant for the company. She has also worked in marketing and communications for The George Washington University, conservation organization National Wildlife Federation and international print communications company Consolidated Graphics. Before moving to the Washington area, Parham coordinated marketing, events and public relations for IBACOS Inc., a Pittsburgh-based research and development company for the homebuilding industry.
Parham is active in the American Marketing Association and Women in Technology. She mentors young marketers through AMA-DC's annual mentor-protégé program. Monica graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in English writing.
Nancy Rey Nolting

Intelsat General Corporation
Nancy Rey Nolting runs marketing for Intelsat General Corporation, a global provider of end-to-end satellite services to military, government and commercial markets. Nolting leads Intelsat's online and social media strategy and implementation and has presided over the company's latest re-branding effort.
Nolting has more than 20 years sales and marketing experience in the satellite services industry including director of national accounts at Lockheed Martin Global Communications and several positions with COMSAT. She graduated summa cum laude from San Diego State University's business school with a B.S. in marketing.
