Norman A. Snyder, III

Norman A. Snyder, III, CPA serves as an Officer in Aronson & Company's Audit & Accounting Group. He has more than 30 years of professional experience, including 25 years in public accounting. He received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1973. Upon earning his CPA in 1974, Norm was given the Elijah Watts Sell Honorable Mention Award.

Norm specializes in assurance services for clients in a broad variety of industries with heavy emphasis on technology companies. Prior to joining Aronson & Company in 2008, Norm served as the Director of the Assurance Services Department at Fitzgerald, Snyder & Co. P.C. Norm was also a member of the Audit Management Group in the DC office of KPMG.

As an active participant in the accounting profession, Norm has taught numerous educational classes on financial accounting and auditing, and he has led seminars on a variety of financial management topics. Norm is active with Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), the Tech Council of Maryland, and Mid-Atlantic Venture Association (MAVA).


Tom Dailey

Prior to joining IXI, Tom Dailey was President and CEO of Claritas, Inc., a leading provider of precision marketing, segmentation, and targeting solutions. During his tenure at Claritas, Mr. Dailey led the acquisitions of several key geo-demographic segmentation companies and grew annual revenues almost twofold from 1995 to 1997. Prior to working at Claritas, Tom founded and acted as President and CEO of Spectra Marketing Systems, Inc., a consumer segmentation and targeting company that offers micro-marketing services to companies in the consumer goods industries. Tom also has extensive venture capital experience, especially in start-up and early stage companies such as IXI.

Tom holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland.


Will Dunbar

Will Dunbar co-founded Core Capital Partners in 1999. Prior to Core, he was founder and CEO of Pebble Hill Capital, an investment company providing early-stage funding to information technology and communications companies including webMethods, a leading business integration software company that went public in 2000.

Will was a senior executive at Allied Capital, a family of publicly traded private equity funds, for nine and a half years and served on the Investment Committee of each fund during that time. He was President and a Board Member of Allied Capital Corporation II, a $100 million publicly traded private equity fund for five years. Under Will's watch, Allied II invested in or acquired 46 privately held growth companies and generated a gross IRR of 28% for its public shareholders. He also served as Executive Vice President of Allied Capital Advisers, the management company for the Allied family of funds, and as Chief Investment Officer for Allied's private equity activities for five years. He began his investment career at Venture America, a venture capital firm specializing in early-stage, technology investments, and was involved in the early-stage funding of Discovery Communications and Digene, both of which became multibillion dollar companies.

Will represents Core on the Boards of Directors of Infinite Power Solutions (IPS), Rollstream, Trinity Convergence, and UpdateLogic. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, and serves on numerous non-profit boards. He previously served on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Venture Association and the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies, of which he was Chairman from 1994 to 1995. Will also Will holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Davidson College.
