Director of Systems Architecture
Neil Anderson is the director of systems architecture with Cisco and has been leading systems development at Cisco for more than 10 years. He has more than 25 years of broad systems experience, including public telephone networks, mobile phone systems and IP networks. At Cisco, Anderson's focus is on enterprise and service provider network architectures including routing, switching, wireless and mobility, security, video and emerging technologies. Anderson's team is responsible for Cisco's BYOD Smart Solution architecture and design. Anderson is also the coauthor of five books in the Networking Simplified series published by Cisco Press, and most recently the author of Bring your Own Device: Device Freedom Without Compromising the IT Network
published by Cisco.

Aaron Mathes serves in Gov. Bob McDonnell's administration as deputy secretary of technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He previously served as CIO for the Virginia Office of Attorney General. He has almost 18 years of experience in IT management and leadership.
Prior to his service with the Commonwealth, Mathes held several operational and senior information technology leadership positions at Liberty University. He was deputy CIO and interim CIO. His current projects include workplace productivity and efficiency solutions based on CRM technology, bring your own device (BYOD), cyber threat preparedness and expansion of government transparency and citizen access. Finally, he is supporting technology related economic development efforts in the areas of innovation, entrepreneurship and the growth of the data center footprint in the Commonwealth.
Principal, Concurrent Media Strategies and Analyst
Paul Sweeting is a veteran business journalist and industry analyst specializing in the intersecting worlds of media, technology and public policy. He is the founder and principal of Concurrent Media Strategies LLC, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting and editorial services firm launched in 2010. Its clients include leading media, technology and publishing companies.
Prior to launching Concurrent Media Strategies, Sweeting spent 20 years as a media business journalist, writing for such leading publications as Billboard, Publishers Weekly, Broadcasting & Cable, Video Business and Variety. He currently edits the Concurrent Media blog.
Sweeting is currently an analyst with the GigaOm Pro Network and is the editor of GigaOM's Connected Consumer website. He appears frequently as a speaker and panelist at industry conferences and is co-producer of the Variety Entertainment Apps conference. He is currently developing the Artistry and Innovation Forum, which will focus on the role of creative artists and industries in driving technology innovation. The first Forum conference is currently scheduled for spring of 2013.
Sweeting is based in Washington, D.C. and is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City.
