Cool Tech Committee

Mission Statement

The mission of the new NVTC “Cool Tech” Committee is to serve as a resource, facilitator and thought leader to address a broad range of information technology-related opportunities and issues of interest to NVTC members. These opportunities and issues include those affecting both providers and users of a broad spectrum of communications technologies, services and applications of information technology, and others involved in related industry.

To provide the right platform for thought leadership and to fully embrace the new emerging technologies, the following NVTC committees are joining forces to create the Cool Tech Committee: the Tech Emergence Committee, Security Committee, New Media Technologies Committee and the Nanotechnology Committee. This merger will bring together all of the best talent and expertise into one very exciting committee.

The Cool Tech Committee will hold regular events that feature guest speakers on topical subjects and will evaluate and discuss the associated technical, security, legal and social developments and implications.

If you have an innovative product or service that would benefit our members by providing lower costs, greater security, built-in agility, real mobility or a unique benefit, you should join the Cool Tech Committee!
