GTSI
Paul Liberty is Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations with responsibility for corporate communications, legislative affairs, public affairs, and investor relations. He reports directly to Jim Leto, GTSI President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Liberty brings 20 years of experience to GTSI in leadership roles developing and executing on wide ranging communication plans and strategy for customers, employees, investors, and partners.
Prior to joining GTSI, he was a Vice President for McGuireWoods Capital Group a mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and financial advisory firm established to serve small to middle market companies. Mr. Liberty previously served as Vice President for Investor Relations, Government Relations, and Public Relations for Metrocall a publicly traded wireless telecommunications company. He was part of a senior management team which acquired eight companies in five years, and participated in raising two series of high yield and preferred equity.
Before joining Metrocall, Mr. Liberty served in The White House under President George H.W. Bush and at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under Secretary Jack Kemp. In addition to his federal experience, Mr. Liberty also has managed policy and legislative functions for a large association and for an elected member of the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. Mr. Liberty has been active in a number of business, civic, and charitable organizations including: The American Heart Association, Celebrate Fairfax, Small Business Resource Partnership, The Fairfax County Library Foundation, The Northern Virginia Technology Council, The International Children's Festival, Leadership Fairfax, Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce, and Catholic Charities. He has also been appointed by state and local elected officials to task forces and study committees.
Mr. Liberty received his BA in English from George Mason University.
