For the past fifteen years, Todd has worked in various positions in Virginia government, electoral politics, and the private sector. Through his career Todd has gained a deep understanding of how government works in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is recognized as an accomplished facilitator in navigating policy issues and business opportunities through all levels of government in Virginia. He has developed a strong policy background in the areas of IT transformation of government, health and human services, and economic development and workforce development.

Todd House currently is the Government Affairs Manager for Micron Technology, a Fortune 500 Company, in Virginia. In this role, Todd is responsible for Micron's relationship with government at the state, local, and federal level for Micron. Micron is one of the world's leading manufacturers of advanced semiconductor solutions with facilities around the globe. Its Manassas, Virginia flagship facility is home to the company's first 300M manufacturing process and represents over $1 billion dollars in investment.

Previously, Todd was Director of Government and Political Affairs at MAXIMUS, one of the nation's leading corporations focused on serving the needs of state and local government with special emphasis on human services. At MAXIMUS, Todd was responsible for managing the corporation's government affairs activities across the country.

Prior to joining the MAXIMUS in August 1998, Todd was a Government Relations Representative for Kaiser Permanente, a non-profit health maintenance organization providing care to over 530,000 residents of the Washington, D.C. area. Todd was responsible for representing Kaiser Permanente before state and local government in the Commonwealth of Virginia. In this capacity, Todd oversaw the development and implementation of organization's government relation's strategy.

Previously, Todd was Vice President of The Delta Group, a Virginia based public affairs consulting firm. As Vice President, he managed the firm's government relations and political consulting division. His clients included ICF Kaiser International, the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, George Mason University, and several state legislators, including the current Chairman of the House Appropriations Committee. He also held a number of campaign management positions at the state and federal level, as well as worked for a member of the Virginia House of Delegates.

Todd is a member of the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as well as the Northern Virginia Workforce Development Board, Virginia Health Information (VHI), NOVABiz PAC, and the George Mason University Prince William Campus Advisory Board. In 2004 Todd was appointed by Governor Mark Warner to the Virginia Israel Advisory Board. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Leadership Fairfax and formerly served on the Board of Celebrate Fairfax, Inc. and the Arlington County-George Mason University Advisory Board.

Todd is a resident of Virginia and lives in Fall Church, Virginia with his wife, Ellen and sons, Benjamin and Daniel. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Politics and Masters of Public Administration from George Mason University.
