Andy is Deloitte's Regional Managing Partner for the Technology Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Industry Practice in the Southeast.

With more than 20 years of strategic financial consulting experience, Andy is a legacy Mergers & Acquisitions Partner at Deloitte with extensive experience in providing transaction support and integration services to corporate and private equity clients.

Andy's broad client service experience includes: acquisition and funding diligence services, re-structuring and work-outs, operations optimization, strategy and business planning, valuation and feasibility studies.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Andy spent several years holding senior investment, credit and restructuring positions with international financial services corporations and privately funded finance businesses.

At Deloitte, Andy is the Lead Client Service or Advisory Partner for several regional and global technology and media clients.

Andy is active in numerous technology-focused trade associations in the Greater Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA marketplaces, and serves on the Board of KaBOOM!, a national non-profit which provides safe play spaces for children.

Andy received a B.S. degree from Cornell University, and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
