C. Michael Ferraro is the founder and CEO/President of TRAINING SOLUTIONS, Inc. Now in its 12th year, TSI delivers professional development training in areas such as management and team development, communications, sales, customer service and leadership. The company also provides coaching, strategic planning and keynote speaking services. TRAINING SOLUTIONS has a highly acclaimed online store that offers a wide variety of training products and services.

Michael has served on many business, community and governmental boards and commissions. Currently he serves on:

The Board of Directors of Goodwill of Greater Washington
The Public Policy Council of the American Society for Training and Development

He is also a member of The Leadership Fairfax Class of 1998.

In 2001, Michael co-founded and became the Chairman of the Human Resources Leadership Awards of Greater Washington. In his 3.5 years as Chairman, the program grew from 350 to 650 attendees; and the program distributed a total of 16 awards and 8 scholarships.

Michael has also received many individual and business awards, including:

• "Committee Co-Chair of the Year" for the Reston Chamber of Commerce
• "Torchbearer Award" from Leadership Fairfax, Inc. as their member of the year
• "Outstanding Small Business" by the Fairfax County Small and Minority Business Advisory Council
