NVTC Academic Partner

Annual Investment $35,000 - $45,000
Agreement Term July 1 2017 through June 30 2018

The Academic Partnership, similar to the NVTC Business Partnerships, is a flexible and far-reaching marketing program that will provide academic institutions with a higher level of sponsorship throughout the year, including research, advertising and events. The partnership is designed to provide an opportunity for academic institutions to reach the region's technology industry decision makers and highlight issues focused on improving the region’s technology ecosystem.
BENEFITS OF ACADEMIC PARTNER SPONSORSHIP


Sponsorship of NVTC Tech Talent Initiative:
  • Opportunity to guide future work and programming of the Tech Talent Initiative
  • Opportunity to participate in Tech Talent Initiative meetings and events
  • SPONSOR profile spotlight on Tech Talent Initiative webpage with a hyperlink to your designated website/page
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition on materials or publications produced under the Tech Talent Initiative
Sponsorship of NVTC Research Project: (Optional, value = $10,000)
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition in the introduction and content of the published research
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition on research webpage
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition in press releases and social media posts
    • Opportunity to have senior SPONSOR leader quoted in press release announcing research publication
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition in any supporting content, such as presentations and blog posts
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition in any direct message to NVTC members
Additional Sponsorships:
  • Sponsorship of an NVTC Summit (level dependent on SPONSOR focus)
  • Patron Sponsorship of an NVTC Committee
  • Techtopia Logo Sponsorship
Tickets to NVTC Events:
  • One Table (ten tickets) to all events in the Titans Series with prominent location
  • One Table (ten tickets) to Tech Celebration Annual Banquet with prominent location
  • Two registrations per event for the two other Summits not being sponsored as noted above
Recognition and Visibility at NVTC Events:
  • Opportunity for tabletop display at all Titans Series events
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition on signage at all NVTC Signature events and summits
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition in programs for all NVTC Signature events and summits
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition in slide presentations during NVTC Signature events and summits
  • SPONSOR name and/or logo recognition on table tents at all NVTC Signature events and summits
Branding and Marketing Opportunities:
  • SPONSOR logo prominently displayed on NVTC website home page
  • SPONSOR logo in each issue of NVTC's quarterly magazine, The Voice of Technology
    • Inclusion in expanded two page spread in The Voice of Technology Magazine summer or fall issue

  • SPONSOR has opportunity to provide content in The Voice of Technology magazine or NVTC Blog
  • Complimentary advertising (choose one to be used within the term period of the agreement)
    • Online banner ad on the NVTC website in designated section for three months
    • Standard advertisements in eNewsletter, includes up to 10 ads during the term period of the agreement
Additional Benefits of Sponsorship:
  • One featured article about SPONSOR in the NVTC weekly eNewsletter
  • Access to the NVTC membership database CD or labels on time during term of agreement
  • Complimentary listing with SPONSOR logo and website link in NVTC's online member directory
  • Attendee list from any NVTC event by request, excluding emails
