Yuctan A. Hodge II is the senior director of business analysis and compliance for General Dynamics Information Technology in Fairfax, Va. He and his team are responsible for managing the process for preparing and reporting annual pricing/performance rates to the U.S. government. Hodge is primarily focused on the fringe benefit rates and tracks the associated costs to forecast potential profit and loss impacts.

Previously, Hodge participated in a two year financial management rotation program within General Dynamics Information Technology where he was exposed to several financial positions. Additionally, he was the manager of strategic planning for the corporate office of General Dynamics, where he was responsible for performing due diligence on acquisition targets for all of General Dynamics' business units. Hodge also reviewed macro and microeconomic trends in the United States and other regions of interest to the corporation.

Hodge also is active in a number of community and philanthropic endeavors. He is an associate Board member of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts where he co-founded the organizations young professional group. He is a member of the NVTC Executive Circle and volunteer for NFTE of Greater Washington and DECA of the Fairfax County Public Schools. Hodge previously served on the Board of the Equal Footing Foundation and was an active volunteer with Grandma Rita's Children.

Hodge holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in business administration from UVA's Darden School of Business. He also has earned a Certificate of Professional Development from the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Hodge resides in McLean, Va. with his wife Gillian and his three children.
