Pallabi Saboo is the Chief Executive Officer for Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC. She has an extensive track record of building and operating successful technology and technology related services companies. Along with her spouse Jai, Pallabi built and successfully exited Concept Software from 1993 to 1998. After taking time out to be a full-time mother, she acquired Harmonia in 2006 and in just over 10 years has spearheaded its nearly 200x growth in revenue and profitability. Under her leadership, Harmonia was awarded the Tibbetts award for technology innovation by the US DOD twice and has been recognized multiple times as a Contractor of the Year by the USDA. Pallabi also individually enjoys several recognitions such as being recognized as among the Top 25 female CEOs in the DELMARVA region, and being named as a Federal100 (a recognition given to Govt., industry and academic leaders who have played pivotal roles that affect how the federal Govt. acquires, develops and manages IT). Pallabi has served on multiple boards (such as NVTC, TIE DC, as well as on the board of Virginia Small Business Financing Authority for 8 years starting from the time when Senator Warner was Virginia's Governor). Both Pallabi and Jai are very active contributors to various social causes. They are members of the Ut Prosim society at Virginia Tech and have instituted the Jai and Pallabi Saboo Scholarship at Virginia Tech for deserving female engineering students who are also competitive athletes. They are Benefactors of Pratham, a charity focused on ensuring that children from the most financially challenged families can go to and stay in school and they are soon to be members of the Arch C Klumph society in recognition of their extra-ordinary continued contributions to the Rotary Foundation.
