Throughout his career, Snyder has enjoyed solving complex problems to help his clients. He left a steadily progressing career at a "Big 4" CPA firm to start a firm where he could serve middle market companies in a way that added true value, and he brought his audit practice to Aronson in 2008. Snyder enjoys working with technology entrepreneurs who are bright and passionate, but often face complex financial issues. As an analytic and creative thinker, Snyder uses his in depth understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape to help them solve these issues through practical solutions and sound business advice.
Snyder received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Maryland and, upon earning his CPA, Snyder was given the Elijah Watts Sells Honorable Mention Award. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Greater Washington Society of CPAs, the Virginia Society of CPAs and has served as the chair of the Assurance Services Committee of the CPA Associates International and currently leads Aronson's A&A Committee.
Snyder is also an active participant with NVTC, Mid-Atlantic Venture Association, the Tech Council of Maryland, and the Transaction Services Group of Praxity. Active in his community, Snyder serves as Treasurer for McLean Presbyterian Church and is an avid outdoorsman. On any given Saturday during the summer, you can find Snyder cycling to D.C.'s Maine Avenue Fish Market before enjoying an oyster breakfast on the back of his boat.
