TiTi McNeill is founder, President and CEO of TranTech, Inc., headquartered in Alexandria, VA. Ms. McNeill is responsible for leading, directing and controlling an award-winning, multifaceted technology operation with annual revenue of $35M for year 2002.Prior to running TranTech, Ms. McNeill had 15 years of professional hands-on experience as a software consultant specializing in software application design and development for public and private sectors.
Ms. McNeill and TranTech has received numerous high-tech awards: Washington Technology Fast 50; Deloitte & Touche's National Technology's Fast 500; Virginia Technology's Fast 50; Inc. 500; the Top Minority-Owned Federal Contractor of the Year award, 2001; Women in Technology Leadership Award, 2001; the Ernst & Young 2001 Entrepreneur of the Year.
As an advocate to higher education, Ms. McNeill has also donated time and money to the technology programs of the NVTC Foundation and Sleepy Hollow Elementary School in Fairfax County. This support encourages the pursuit of a better tomorrow through technology for the area children. She is an active charitable donor to United Cerebral Palsy, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the Diabetes Society, and she supports community outreach efforts through her memberships in the Industry Advisory Council (IAC), Regional Professional Women (RPW), and Women in Technology (WIT).
She received her BS and MS degrees in Computer Systems and Applications from American University in Washington, D.C.
